Essential Responsibilities Build and update collection strategies for unsecured (sales finance, personal loan, credit card, current account overdraft overdraft) products, mortgage and micro/SME areas from early stages of delinquency till recovery Regular analysis of collection processes to question status quo, enhance productivity Proposals for changing collection tools, to implement new tools and strategies Prepare customer segmentations in early, late and recovery stages in order to opmizie resources, maximize cash collected while maintaining focus on customer centric - Állandó - Teljes munkaidő
